At Crison, delivery is fast and reliable, generally within 3 to 7 business days in mainland France, with longer delivery times for international orders (7 to 15 days). Delivery is free for purchases over €50. Each order is carefully packaged to protect your fragile glasses and accessories. A tracking number is sent to you upon shipment so you can track your package in real time. Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 2 hours of confirmation.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for businesses. Your data security is our priority: all transactions are SSL encrypted and PCI DSS compliant, ensuring complete confidentiality and protection.

Our glasses are made from high-quality crystal, renowned for its clarity, lasting brilliance, and strength, making them ideal for professional use in bars, restaurants, and luxury hotels. Designed in France, they are manufactured in collaboration with glass workshops in China, where the artisanal expertise of crystal blowing and cutting has been passed down from generation to generation. We also prioritize responsible processes and sustainable materials to limit our environmental impact.

If your product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately with photos: we will exchange or refund your money. You have 14 days to return an unused product in its original packaging. Returns require prior authorization, with the customer paying the fees unless there is an error or defect. Our products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
