1. Are Crison glasses dishwasher safe and how do I care for them?

Our premium crystal glasses are designed for professional and delicate use. To preserve their brilliance and finesse, we recommend handwashing with a mild detergent. Dishwasher use is not recommended as it can alter the brilliance and weaken the crystal. Also, avoid thermal shock to ensure a long lifespan for your glasses.

2. What are the delivery times, costs, and conditions?

Delivery is generally made within 3 to 7 business days in France, with longer delivery times for international orders. Delivery is free for orders over €50. Each order is protected by reinforced packaging. You will receive a tracking number to track your package in real time. Any changes or cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing your order.

3. Can I return a product if I change my mind? What are the return conditions?

Yes, you can return a product within 14 days of receipt, even if you change your mind. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. To make a return, contact our customer service team to obtain authorization and return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of product error or defect.
